Rain Forest Bliss
|
We make Chocolate Bliss by the gallon to optimize kitchen time. Here is our standard recipe.
- 3 cups pure water
- 1¼ cups Vanilla Agave Nectar
- 1½ cups Chocolate Bliss mix
- 1-4 TBS Rain Forest Rush
Optional ingredients:
(try choosing only 1-2 extra ingredients per batch to maintain Chocolate Bliss' naturally great flavor/consistency)
- 1 TBS Bee Pollen
- 3 TBS Pure Synergy superfood mix
- 1-3 TBS Tocotrienols
- 1/4th to 1 square inch of Mayan Gold Cacao Butter
- 1-3 tsp Pristine Guarana
- 1/2-1 tsp Pristine Yerba Matte
Blend until smooth (works best in a Vita-Mix or other high powered blender), pour into a gallon-sized sealable plastic container, and then fill the rest up with water. For a wonderful citrus flavor and aroma, and extra hydrating properties, add 1 to 8 drops of Orange Essential Oil. Shake well, and then chill.
Sip with gratitude and enjoy your best day ever!

- 1-2 TBS Olive Oil or EFA Oil Blend
- 2 TBS Nutritional Flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Sun Fire Salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)
Blend the above soup base until smooth (works best in a Vita-Mix or other high powered blender). Pour into a large bowl, then stir in:
- 16-oz bag of Edamame (organic, frozen, shelled, non-GMO young green soybeans... thaw at room temp for a couple hours before using)
- 1-2 Cups chopped veggies (cucumbers, bell peppers, corn, tomatoes, radishes, celery & cabbage are all excellent)
This makes a large bowl of soup which serves 6-10 people, or keep it in your fridge for a convenient meal or snack for days!

Goji Lemonade
|
|
- 3 Lemons (or Limes, or one Grapefruit), juiced
- 3 Tbsp Goji Berries
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sun Fire Salt
- 3/8 Cup (6 Tbsp) Vanilla Agave Nectar
- 1 Tbsp Tocotrienols
Add all ingredients to high-powered blender, then fill the blender to the 6 cup mark with pure water. Blend on high until smooth, pour into a container, and chill. Drink anytime you desire!
The combo of the Citrus juice, Salt and Agave creates massive hydration properties, and adding Gojis, Coconut and Tocos rounds out the nutrient spectrum creating a very satisfying beverage.
